Double Bias Fibreglass Cloth 450gsm is a stitched reinforcement fabric designed for high strength composite laminates. The fibres are oriented at ±45 degrees, providing excellent multidirectional strength and improved resistance to torsional and shear forces compared with standard woven fabrics.

The stitched construction allows the fibres to maintain their alignment without heavy binders, resulting in efficient resin wet out and strong structural laminates. Double bias fabrics are widely used in boat building, structural fibreglass fabrication and composite repairs where enhanced strength and reinforcement are required.

Supplied as a convenient 1 metre pack, this reinforcement fabric is suitable for polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resin systems in marine, automotive and industrial composite applications.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Cut the double bias fabric to the required size and place onto the prepared mould or surface. Apply resin evenly until the fibres are fully saturated and use a laminating roller to remove trapped air and consolidate the laminate.
