Flowcoat is a pigmented polyester based surface coating designed for finishing and repairing exposed fibreglass laminates. It is a modified form of gelcoat that contains a wax additive, allowing the coating to cure to a hard, non tacky surface when exposed to air.
Flowcoat is commonly used to seal and protect fibreglass surfaces after laminating or repair work. When applied by brush or roller, it forms a durable protective layer that improves surface appearance while protecting the underlying composite from moisture, weathering and environmental exposure.
Flowcoat coatings are widely used in marine, automotive and industrial fibreglass repairs where a strong, smooth and durable surface finish is required.
Iron Link Distributors supplies trade grade fibreglass coatings and composite materials suitable for professional fabrication and repair work.
