West System 209 Extra Slow Hardener for Epoxy Resin

West System 209 Extra Slow Hardener is a low viscosity epoxy curing agent designed for use with West System 105 Epoxy Resin. It provides extended working time and slower curing characteristics compared with standard epoxy hardeners, making it suitable for large laminating jobs and warm temperature conditions.

When combined with West System 105 Epoxy Resin, the system forms a high strength epoxy suitable for bonding, laminating and coating applications. The extended open time allows additional working time when applying fibreglass reinforcement fabrics, coatings or structural bonding in marine and composite fabrication work.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
West System 209 Extra Slow Hardener must be mixed with West System 105 Epoxy Resin according to the manufacturer’s recommended ratio of 3 parts resin to 1 part hardener by volume. Mix thoroughly before application to ensure proper curing.
