Soudal T-Rex Power SMX Polymer Fast Bonding Adhesive Sealant 290ml

T-Rex Power is a high-quality, neutral, elastic, one-component adhesive sealant based on SMX® Polymer with a very high initial tack. This high-strength sealant/adhesive can hold 320 kg per 10 cm² with a 1-second immediate grab. It is formulated for both sealing and bonding in the building and construction industry.

Bonding Performance

T-Rex Power has excellent adhesion on almost all substrates. It has been tested on metal surfaces such as steel, AlMgSi1, and AlCuMg1, as well as plastics like polystyrene, polycarbonate (Makrolon®), PVC, polyamide, and glass fibre-reinforced epoxy. Since specific plastics may differ, we recommend conducting preliminary compatibility tests.

Application Instructions

Surfaces should be clean and free of dust, grease, or moisture. For bonding, apply T-Rex Power in beads or dots onto the material to be bonded, then press firmly for immediate grab. Final strength is reached after 24 hours. When used as a sealant, apply a regular bead and smooth immediately with a tool or soapy solution. Application temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C.
