About this product
T-Rex Turbo is a high quality, neutral, elastic, one-component adhesive-sealant with very fast strength build-up based on SMX® Polymer. T-Rex Turbo is a KOMO certified construction adhesive based on BRL3107.

Applications
Use T-Rex Turbo for:
- Adhesive bonding of panels, profiles, metal or wood parts: In construction or metal industry for heavy-duty bonding tasks
- Elastic bonding and sealing of building components: Interior or exterior — e.g. façade cladding, metal joinery, structural elements
- Jobs that demand a quick turnaround: Thin-layer bonding on porous substrates, repairs, and installations where fast set-up is needed. Fixes in 20 minutes, final strength in 3 hours
Application Instructions
- Ensure surfaces are clean, free of dust, grease, and either dry or only slightly moist
- Apply with a standard caulking gun: beads or dots for adhesive use; press materials firmly together. For sealing use, apply continuously and tool with soapy water or finishing solution before skin formation
- Hand-tight in ~20 minutes; final strength in about 3 hours (thin adhesive layer on porous substrates) under normal conditions
- Recommended application temperature: +5°C to +35°C
- Clean uncured residue with appropriate cleaner; once cured removal is mechanical only
